At the moment the sound of my lady going to work, followed by sleeping in until 2 and then waking up and remembering I'm unemployed and exiled. So crippling lonliness and desperation wakes me up slowly in the mornings.

I sleep between two alarms set at uneven intervals, one with a more annoying sound than the other. every time i turn over another one is in my face. works well.

Light is the best way to wake up gently though.
