Ha! That's hilarious! I wouldn't have gone if I saw that trailer first. It's actually quite an understated movie, as far as I remember....
 
Yeah, its bizarrely misleading and looks so cheap. But its a great film, I really enjoyed it. I might have to watch it again.

I also have a weird obsession with this one, despite not being very good....

I've been told by many people that it sucks. It doesn't there is one thing everyone says about it and that is true

The end is a cop out

but overall there's enough spectacular stuff to look at to make it watchable. Tom Cruise is Tom Cruise better at playing a man on the edge than a father so the first 10 minutes are tough going but from then on it's never boring and looks great. You could do worse.

They actually turned out to be very similar films. Tony being the better one. Like an early Mike Leigh slasher film if one existed. Shame was more style over substance unfortunately, which is a shame considering the performances were flawless.
