I'll try,but I promise nothing.Anyone I know who still lives there either lives in Tramore,or just won't go to gigs.If I still lived there,I wouldn't either.

Nah just down there for a few months - my girlfriends from there - probably'll only be there for another month or two

Yeah have been to the Bowery a few times (saw Ten past Seven there)
Was just advised to try Paul FLynns cos waterford venues aren't generally that open to heavy-ish music
Will give Ger a shout next time though - think we'll be playing down there again in June hopefully

a brief summary of a message my brother sent me, please feel free to correct me:

there were "about 6" (including him) there.

The rest were all gay (he means this literally, not in the "dude, you like oi? YOU'RE GAY" way), not sure that's relevant but it's intriguing nonetheless.Maybe it was Gay Night or something, which might explain the poor turn out.

We Are Knives were good, he says

Sylan or whatever were not good, but have a good guitarist he says.

And apparently Paul Flynns as a venue is, and I quote, "total shit".

The last bit I knew.


Very annoyed my mates down there didn't get up off their arses and go.

All in all then - Waterford: Glad I moved.
