I’m selling this nice bass guitar by Warwick as I’m probably never going to play bass in a band again. I’m offering it here to Thumpeders first because I’m sound like that.
This was an entry level bass by Warwick from before they introduced the Rock Bass range (their equivalent of Squier or Epiphone). The build on this is superior to the Rock Bass models and was more expensive at the time than Rock Bass turned out to be. As far as I know, this was made in the proper Warwick factory in Germany but the Rock Basses are outsourced to China.
It plays really nicely still (it’s 20 years old) but I haven’t plugged it in to see what it’s like amplified as I’ve no access to my amp. It’s got one pickup (that it came with) and a soft carry case.
I don’t know exactly what price to pitch it at but I’m going to suggest €450 as a starting point. Change my mind.
