@billygannon hope ye get your van man and dont mind that i'm potentially hijacking your thread... I need a van that can take at least 10 people and some gear to go from Dublin to Cork and back for a gig. Anyone know anyone in this line of work?

Without wanting to derail the thread, there was a discussion on this on Morning Ireland today. It seems finding a "man with a van" has become really difficult, the guys in the business are l=flat out, one saying he has enough work to last until 2016 without taking more bookings. This, apparently is a sure sign that the economy is on the upswing
