Donald Trump has repeatedly tried to portray the New York judge presiding over this fraud case as biased against him.

One line of attack has been that there is no jury in the trial.

Earlier today, Judge Arthur Engoron noted that “nobody asked for” a jury trial.

It appears that Trump's lawyers failed to request one.
