ive updated the list below with some new gear for yous to have a look.
bookings are coming in for both, so i thought id just post something about the prices as people are asking.
Rehearsal space is currently 12 pounds per hour, however discount is added in if a regular slot is booked. Normal bookings are 3 hours, however some bands have booked longer slots.
Discount can also be provided for earlier day slots if necessary. Get in touch.

Black Swan Studios
Black Swan studios, located just off Shaftesbury Square, Belfast, is a new ground floor recording / rehearsal / photography suite available for booking.
We a dedicated acoustically treated rehearsal room, with full back-line including full drum setups (cymbals and all). The studio and photography suite are adjacent to these. (photo suite is currently closed for 1 month due to a wall being built)
Bookings for all three are now being taken. Pricing is extremely competitive. Slots are available everyday, ALL DAY from 9am.

- Mixing room acoustically treated with Auralex room system and custom made bass traps. Window through to Room 1
- Recording room 1: Very dry, acoustically treated.
- Recording room 2: Big, live. (removable acoustic treatment can be added to this room)
- Vocal booth
- Amp room - acoustically treated, foot thick concrete walls with 6 inch thick iron door for really cranking amps.
- Toilets and small kitchen.
- Lobby with area for relaxing.
- Professional photography suite with lights and backdrops.
