I’m playing the 1971-1977 DVD now on shuffle. First up: The Edgar Winter Group. OK then.

Edgar (I presume) is now playing his third instrument of the song. And it’s a drum-off.

Edgar is wearing one of those classic 1970s red LED digital watches that you had to press a button to show you the time. Like in The Invisible Man, except without the invisibility.

Well this takes a very ehhh dramatic turn about 5 minutes in

My old covers band wanted to do this. I vetoed it..there was no way I was going to do the girl backing vocals asking Colin Riot "Would ya love me forever...".

In hindsight, we really, really should have done it.
