I have 15dB, and they're perfect. Think 25dB are really aimed at drummers, and 5dB singers.

You shouldn't need a referal for most of the ear specialists. If the ringing has started,act super quick to stop it getting worse....

I went for the max strength as well. adversely, it is since getting the moulds taken that I feel like my ears have been worse.

Hot Doc said I have some wax build up so I am on day 3 of ear drops and am as deaf as a post. She recommended that I get them cleaned and go for a hearing test.

Back with Hot Doc today after being deaf in one ear since Friday. Clean as a whistle now, brilliant.
