Just been looking at bandcamp seems like a great bullshit free replacement for myspace.

Thumped soundcloud group would be cool, especially for jams and the like.

Soundcloud is nice and streamlined, with no 96kbps bullsheeet. Hard to see how the music would spread further than your mates though.

Edit - checked out bandcamp, it seems like a better version of soundcloud. Am I missing something about soundcloud? It seems like just a dropbox for music.

Afaik that's all it is. Bandcamp does look the business though, think I'll set up one of them for the band this evening.
