the pure beers and the not so pure beers... (1 Viewer)

much as i dislike the very existence of guinness, the guinness west indies porter is really good.

I enjoyed the one bottle I had but not enough to make me go to the effort of locating some more bottles ahead of Foreign Extra.

Metalman have just launched cans of their pale ale. I think they're the first small Irish brewery to start canning (although you can get Tom Crean's Lager on Aer Lingus flights but that's probably not actually made in Ireland).

Cans are great.

I'm going to buy a crate of cans when the weather gets warmer and keep them under my desk in work. Then I can go to the park after work drinking whenever I want without having to worry about where I'll pick up some decent booze beforehand.
