The punk counsellor using his DIY ethic to promote mental health and wellbeing - Stability through punk

Peer counsellor and punk Craig Lewis suffered three decades of unnecessary medication and abuse at the hands of the psychiatric system. Today, he offers young punks struggling with mental health challenges an alternative path to recovery.

I remember Craig's band MELEE were very good
80's style fast HC. someone in MELEE ran an amazing distro
that distributed stuff from all over the world - Latin America,
Philippines, Indonesia etc.
I got some great stuff from there in the mid 2000's I wouldn't
have heard otherwise or was introduced to bands that became
big favourites of mine by that distro.
it may well have been run by Craig I can't remember.
I have a sack of old mail order catalogs, flyers , I was looking
through last month and found a distro list from then .

sorry I don't know why what I posted above was formatted wonky - not deliberate.
