This picture was taken during 1. may demonstration in Brno Czech Republic. This demonstartion was organised by far right political party DSSS. DSSS is anti EU and anti imigration. They are continuation of another political party DS which was banned by Czech Supreme Court in 2010 following violent attacks against Czech minorities by far-right extremists. Members of DS were associated with neo-nazi groups that took part in this attack.
Guy on the picture is wearing Thor Steinar hoodie, which is basicaly jersey for neonazis in Czech Republic.
