Reminds me of when Sarte and Camus were bickering. Oh, the japes...

Well hopefully we'll get some Seahorses style offshoots.... no seriously. This sucks, I've never seen them live and I love their record. Probably my favourite local band.

We're sad to announce that The Immediate is splitting up due to existential differences.

We'd like to thank everyone who came to our shows and listened to 'In Towers & Clouds', everyone who loved or hated us, as well as anyone who helped us along the way... It's been a blast. Thankyou, sincerely.

We all still love each other.

That's probably why they broke up! Great band, saw them on Friday at the Trinity Ball but didn't actually believe them when they said it was the last gig. I just thought they were pulling "a Coldplay". Best time I was them was in The Big Tree, €5 in, 10 people in the whole pub watching them & they still played a blinder.

No, they were/are on Fantastic Plastic, a UK indie.

Think it was just a one album deal, and they'd just come out the other end.
