the one you whip out when you really need to impress??

mine =

Polo Alá F-Man

Chicken in a creamy blue chesse + white wine sauce with Penne and loads of black pepper on top

If I was the kind of person who put any stock in 'impressing' the so called 'girls' I'm sure this little number would've 'impressed' loads of them, as it is it I don't much stock in that sort of nonsense, so it just makes me very happy.

it depends though doesn't it? if you're cooking for your mam and dad then a nice fancy roast always goes down a treat. If you're cooking for your fella then obviously it's Oysters in KY Jelly sauce all the way.

It's all about knowing your audience, Fiachra. Tonight for Dinner Neil is getting 3 roasted double ended dildos and some asparagus.

well, you know the way the French add butter to everything?

my variation on that is to add peanut butter to everything

peanut butter bolognaise
peanut butter fried eggs
peanut butter soup

mmm

The first dinner I made for me burd was Thai green curry. Result.

The next time, I made putanesca (sp). Probably the best thing I've ever made.

Thanks Delia!

I'll have scones, he'll have pan fried anal wands with a dash of balsamic vinegar and chives.
and like it.

who?

When I want to impress someone like my parents, or someone with a taste for "traditional" cooking, I'd be inclined to go for quail or pheasant. When I want to impress someone who really appreciates their food, something out of the book below. Last thing we had out of it was a fucking exquisite crab soup, which our guest (my missionary uncle back in Ireland for a few weeks) glovered down almost without comment. Should have roasted him a pheasant
