Too many fucked up animals. A duck billed platypus has a poisonous spur that is of almost zero use as a defensive tool, pretty much the only way it can poison someone is if some idiot decided to try to hug it.

Too many Irish people.

Natives do tend to be attractively athletic.

Robert Hughes was my favourite Australian.

I liked that Bob Hawkes' resume included being a champion beer drinker in college. They hold competitions of some sort, it seems.

And one of their serving prime ministers was eaten by a shark.

All plusses in my way of seeing things.
