ok, no need to get all "quotation marksy" on me.my copy was released on the Verve(sic ie not the verve's) label and cost a bloody fortune at the time if i do recall rightly.my thoughts exactly though as regards orders of merit.

I'd have to go with Laughing Stock as their best, although Spirit of Eden and The Colour of Spring are also definitely worth picking up.

actually now that I look at mine again...
the Verve logo is on the top of the CD label (which is black with silver writing) with (c)1991 Polydor Ltd UK on it in small writing - and also on the back inner.
