My better half is doing the Mini Marathon again this year. Please take a moment to sponsor her if you can.

It's that time of year and once again I will be entering the Mini Marathon in memory of my beautiful daughter Lucia.

The charity that I have chosen to support, A Little Lifetime Foundation, offers support to bereaved families whose babies have died around the time of birth. I would very much appreciate your support in helping me to raise funds for this wonderful organisation.

It will become wet and very windy tomorrow, Bank Holiday Monday. The strongest winds and heaviest rain are expected in the afternoon. The rain and wind, together with the low temperatures for the time of year, will make it feel extra cold. Highest temperatures of 10 to 13 degrees. Fresh to strong southerly winds will increase strong to gale force during the afternoon.
