the video ain't perfect but it's the whole song and all the TV appearances seem to be miming anyway?

1997. It's very of its time. All the distorted break beats. Incredible looking video as well. I had to look up who directed it. Mark Romanek. There were loads of great music videos back then. There was still plenty of money in the music biz.

From a great movie, Lynch’s Lost Highway. The soundtrack also had the best The Smashing Pumpkins song on it. And Marilyn Manson and Rammstein. It was peak 1997.
