Day of the Triffids (the tv series)

Beneath the Planet of the Apes (had to sleep with the light on for 2 weeks)

Raw Meat (aka Deathline)

The Creeping Flesh

The Terror at Hell House (basically same story as The Haunting, with Delia Derbyshire soundtrack)

Threads (vague, surpressed memories of this - haven't seen it since it was on tv)

Don't Look Now

i nearly shit myself while watching The Sentinel when i was a kid
too much to handle

trouble every day i found horrible and very depressing, definitely played on my mind, but it didn't scare me
i don't like watching Amityville 2: The Possesion if i'm on my own, same with The Exorcist (which freaks me out still..Event Horizon, i had to turn off when i was watching it first, yer one with no eyes really scared me
this disney movie called The Watcher In The Woods is spooky shit

when i was really young i was terrified of Close Encounters Of A Third Kind and Cocoon. the bit where they attack the house to get the kid

Ever since my A Tale of Two Sisters experiance, I find it hard to get the gumshion to watch a Horror on my own now... Fuggin sucks so it does

i have an aversion to killer whales
there is something about them that really scares the beejeezus out of me

so 'orca' is a film i have only managed once

and it has fueled my nightmares since the eighties when i saw it on tv
and then i met a trawlerman in killybegs once who told me tales of killer whales...
