Anyone been to sick records in Belfast?

The owner is missing. Friends up there are very concerned. Anyone see him in Dublin? It's believed his bank card was used on Dublin yesterday.

I haven't been but he looks familiar from an article I read about the shop. The majority of reported missing persons are usually found in a day or so.
