Shops that buy records in Dublin (1 Viewer)

Ive been selling off some records on line on a website discogs,
I posted a record last week i sold to someone for 85 euro + 8 for postage

At The Gates slaughter of the soul LP. Sold it to someone in Perth Australia. Actually really good condition i proberbly bought it around 98.
Its a tricky thing selling your old lps. You have to be sure you want to get rid of it if youve had so long your fed up with it or wernt really into it that much it its ok.
But some stuff can be difficult to part with.

a mid-1990s LP.

they seem to getting the big prices nowadays.

Asking price and sold for price are both very different.

I have that Possessed To Skate 12". It's about a 20euro record, tops.

That's gone for over £600 before.

Simple reason - very few exist. I'd say about 100 / 150 were pressed. The CD format was in its infancy at the time (December 1984).

It's one disc and features 15 tracks - a few of which are taken from Now 2 and Now 3.

It was the first Now album to get a CD release. Next ones were Now 8 and Now 9 (both single discs that featured a highlights selection of their respective vinyl / cassette releases). Now 10 was the first one that had the same tracks on all formats.

That's nuts,I still never really think of cd's as having a "collectors market" as such. I was late to cd's so I doubt I would have many big money ones.

Depends on what it is though, look at the likes of Coil where CD copies of their albums can be €100+ depending on what it is. I have a CD-R of theirs with a painted sleeve that regularly goes for about €300. Mental.
