You can pay 1500 yo-yos to a charity to do it
Jesus, they need to let more people in
Or have a cut-off

I had to bail from the relay marathon I was entered in yesterday

26 of us run a mile each, pass a baton. All ages, all ability. It's fun.

Just got sent the results
The person who took my place ran a 4:54 mile. Utterly bonkers to me.

BACK RUNNING, with permission of my PT/running coach

Ran 5 minutes at 8:00 pace, alternating with 2 minutes walking at 12:00 pace for a half hour
And my fractured foot was not a prick about it. Sucker!

Don't want to tempt fate, but I think I'm a runner again!

Went out and did a triathlon this morning
On my own like. Nothing official.
20 miles bike, 1 mile swim, 6mile run.

I can't/shouldn't do long runs yet with the rehab programme I'm on, but this is a way of making sure my engine can go 2-3 hours at something.
Took a few water breaks on the run, if I'm honest.
Was feeling it.
Happy though.

You need water breaks in this fuckin weather
Yeah, you're right, of course
But I stopped running every two miles while I drank
Should keep moving with the bottle.
I've forgiven myself :)

Ran 6 steady miles today in 46:46, and the last mile was the fastest
That's good for my confidence that I can get to where I need to get to

A nice (horrible) long run this weekend would be a huge boost.

I know this is terribly boring for everyone except me
