Hey, I'm moving out of my room in a gaf just off North Circular Road. It's a large room, WITH A COUCH! It is 370 a month, near Phoenix Park and Hanlons corner (cheapest pint of Guinness in Dublin).

You would be living with 2 NCAD students, 1 UCD and 1 Ballyfermot. House is a good buzz with lots of parties and delicious cooking. It is a 20 minute walk from town. It is served by the 39, 39a and 46a. It also has a tesco near it with one of the most renowned reduced sections known to man. If you are interested, please email me at [email protected]

From what I've seen on here that seems like expensive rent these days, just saying like.

its got a sofa and two sitting rooms though.

pics to come. its the biggest room in the house and is an extension so it would suit someone who wants to make loads of noise and have raging parties in their room. I don't think it's bad value considering its size.

It was def a step up for me having not lived in a house with central heating since 2008.
