ROOM AVAILABLE: 381 Euro a month (deposit is 381 Euro)

Location:
- Quiet estate, High Park (top of Grace Park Road just before Collins
Ave)
- 5 mins from 20B/16/16A, 8 mins from Swords Road bus-stop where loads
of busses pass
- 3 mins from Nitelink (27N) stop, 9 Euro taxi ride from city centre
- 5 mins from amenities (Spar/Cost-cutters/Chipper/Chinese/Off-license)
-10 mins from The Goose pub (nice place!)

Room:
- Second biggest bedroom in house
- Own sink hot/cold water in bedroom, wardrobes
- Two single beds (We only want one person though, you can take out one
of the beds if you want)

The House:
- 3 bed semi-detached house
- Shower/bathroom upstairs, downstairs toilet
- Microwave, cooker, etc.
- 28" TV (free cable, NTL never bill us for some reason), DVD player,
free ADSL internet (I work for a telco).

The Housemates:
Two guys, one girl. All working, mid-20s. Smoking only in the sitting
room! Sometimes we play music, and sometimes on weekends he have people
back to the house. We all work Mon-Fri, 9-5. We're pretty neat, and we
split all bills. (gas, phone, electricity etc)
