The legendary Rocket From The Crypt have returned and are playing a Dublin show on saturday december 7! Tickets on sale now!
The band are doing a six date tour of the UK and Ireland (Dublin being the only Irish date). RFTC have produced six different Limited Edition One-Sided 7” Vinyl Singles to commemorate each date of the tour. Six singles, six cover versions of a band or singer from the city they’re playing in.

Each 7” is limited to 400 copies with only 100 available at each show The Dublin one is a version of 'My Blues Away', an awesome early demo track by the Boomtown Rats.

Here's a quick Q & A with the band:

Q: If I have a Rocket tattoo can I get in free?
A: Yes, but only those with the new "reborn again" logo. This new logo consists of a purple phallus relieving itself on 3 rolled tacos with guacamole.
Q: Can i shake Speedo's hand?
A: Of course, but please bring hand sanitizer and have your camera focused and ready so that others can have an opportunity as well.
Q: I have a band that wants to play with you guys. Is this possible?
A: Possibly. If you have 2 Marshall JCM 800 half stacks, a decent bass amp and you don't mind us making pee pee on your equipment and you playing for free yes, perhaps we can work something out.
Q: This isn't really a question... but that sounds like a bad deal
A: You obviously do not know the value of exposure.
Q: My friend Chris doesn't really like your band, but he is my ride. What should I do?
A: Fuck you, Chris
Q: I have final exams that week and I won't be able to attend.
A: Good for you
Q: Why are you playing again? Are you broke or something?
A: I just want to make people happy, if only for an hour or two
Q: Are there plans for a new RFTC record?
A: Yes, Dave Grohl from Nirvana is producing.
Q: Any last words?
A: Rock N Roll will never die. It can only live. Thank you and I look forward to seeing you all very soon.

Timo, what time should they finish? I wanna go to something else teh same night and I'm hoping to have it figured out before.

And who is opening?

There's no support band Gary, Paul Foley will be djing before them. It'll finih at 10.30

Is it Mario or Atom drumming with them tomorrow or someone else entirely?

There's going to be tickets on the door. there was a lot of back and forth about a support band, and they decided they wanted the option to play a long set, as it's the last night of the tour

They were great. I'm going to sound like a complainer but the sound was rubbish and threw a blanket over the show for me. I KNOW that this was an excellent gig and got into it as much as possible but fucking hell it could have been awesome.
