Just happened across a hilarious picture of Rick Ta Life (of nu-metal, uh, "hardcore" band 25 Ta Life) from back in the day.

My favourites are the time the rest of his band didn't show up so he played a show on his own with just a DAT tape of their new 7" as a backing band, and sang the same 2 songs over and over, and then demanded the full guarantee of $500 (I think? Maybe one of the Belfast sXe massive can clear this up...), and the time he wrote to me and told me my zine was phat and ordered 5 copies for his distro -he's got my muthafuckin back y'all, so back the fuck up or break yo'self.

havoc records website & a general search for "Rick Ta Life". Otherwise, word of mouth and bad fanzines. Oh, and the Belfast sXe massive are always full of the tough guy scene goss, one of the best things about going to Belfast.
