Yeah, definitely you should.

This is at the end of the front garden looking at the little path that winds down to the lower garden and down to the sea. The house was built around 1800, I reckon the gate dates from the same time, not sure what I'm going to do with it.
thanks @pete!
Sorry for posting up a stupid photo. I wasn't thinking, so no change there.

It’s not a gaff, but:

O.V Wright - Nickel and Nail and Ace of Spades LP (re-issue).

Absolute killer Southern Soul record, if you’re so inclined, with that perfect Willie Mitchell production and Hodges brothers rhythm section that made Al Green, PLUS the Memphis Horns. The voice of an angel.

Think I’m Going Weird: Original Artefacts From The British Psychedelic Scene 1966-68, 5CD

Elephant9 - Arrival of the New Elders LP (brilliant)
Sunburned Hand of the Man - Pick a Day to Die LP (brilliant)
Primitons - S/T mini LP (mid-eighties jangle pop from Alabama, pretty brilliant)
Stranglers - IV LP (US comp of Raven and Men In Black songs plus unreleased. Obviously brilliant).

Good little haul!

never thought i'd be buying elvis records, but here we are

New album by They Might Be Giants arrived in the post. It comes in an 12" record sized 144 page book. It's called Book.
The whole thing is typed in very creative ways on a typewriter with massive reproductions of what can only be described as art photography.

It is VERY impressive. All my annoyance at its late arrival is gone. I can finally listen to it now. Probably stream it. hahahaha
