Got a couple of cheap car in a charity shop recently

Sloan-navy blues
Bob Mould-black sheets of rain
Fountains of Wayne-utopia parkway

They had a bunch of Neil young etc,and other vaguely interesting stuff too.

Also picked up an Irish press of iron maidens run to the hills7" for a euro.


Been selling loads of stuff recently too. Its getting addictive. Especially knocking out lps for 50 quid a go. Haven't even really been able to get at stuff to list more.

Bought after Cerys did a piece on it on six music a couple of sundays ago. South Albanian folk music. Engineered by Jerry Boys, who was on microphone placement duties for Buena Vista Social Club. It really does sound good.

The A side label though reads as Paul McCartney - Another Day, but it's not, it's Ringo.
