my top newborn parenting tip is, whenever anyone asks if they do anything, say "yes, bring food."
Good, healthy, easy to prepare food.

i followed this sage-like advice when our fella was born. it's a total winner. if there's a new arrival on the way, practice it to yourself. just quietly add 'bring food' to the end of every sentence you utter. you will not regret it.
