People Who Died (10 Viewers)

I remember seeing Dustin interviewing Caroline Morahan.
He asked her how she got into television?
She said, "well...when I was in collage I did a pilot....
He said " That's your own business love. Whe, whe, whe"

when I was little The Den cracked me up, but I assumed that was because I was little. Watching this reminded me they were legitimately funny, it wasn't rose coloured memories sort of thing.
same here. I hardly saw it after the early 90's. I assumed it wouldn't age well and was 10 year old level -
glad to see I was wrong. good memories remain.

I wonder whatever happened to the first girl to phone in and ask:
''Zig / Zag (pause) would you be my boyfriend?''
It became a regular question afterwards. answer was always ''Yes''.

Sad/Funny/Poignant interview with Simon Young on his trials and tribulations
That is kinda poignant. None of the usual background issues you normally hear about like childhood trauma or addiction - just his Dad dying, then his marriage going a bit awry, then a car crash, then he just kinda lost his shit. Poor fella

This really got to me over the weekend. When I was 15 or 16 I got in serious trouble in the crowd in the point at Oasis, was really terrifying. Those poor people, I think the age range of the dead was 14 to 27, desperately sad.
I was on the bottom of a pileup at a disco in UCD once - they put on Smells Like Teen Spirit and everyone went mad. All the air got squeezed out of my lungs and I was just lying helplessly on the ground in the dark hoping they'd pull everyone off me before I blacked out

loved him in battlestar and a tv movie about the hunt for the unabomber

r.i.p. dean
A bit snobby of that obit to not even mention his work on Quantum Leap, BSG or Stargate SG1. He's massive in sci-fi television. I don't think I've knowingly seen him in any movie, but there you go, he's a good character actor that way.
