Leyton Orient manager and former Spurs player.

Born in Basildon Justin turned pro with locals Southend.
After winning Fourth Division promotion with them he
joined Spurs in late 1990 and won the 1991 FA Cup final
playing at left back.
He eventually played 213 League matches for Spurs.
Justin also won 1999 League Cup but after some play acting
by Leicester's Robbie Savage* he wrongly was sent off
in the Final.
Justin left Spurs for Portsmouth in 2000 finishing his league
career there in 2003.

After entering management with non league Billericay Town in 2003,
he then managed Fisher Athletic, Gray's Athletic.
Rushden and Diamonds (soon to be defunct),
Newport County (achieving promotion to League 2 in 2011 after
being out of Football League since 1980's), Gillingham and
Northampton.
Justin was appointed Leyton Orient boss in late 2017 and they
won 2018-19 National League to return to Football League after
two year absence.

Justin had a cardiac arrest last Monday and after five days in hospital
he died yesterday aged 49.
He is survived by his wife and two children.

postscript:
Conference and National League are same thing.
*Robbie Savage -
someone 'vandalized' Justin's wikipedia article so the above mentioned
Leicester player is called 'Lily Savage'.

Christ that's very young, especially for a former athlete. (Out of curiosity I did an image search for him, he didn't blow up in retirement, looked in decent shape.)
