I followed him for a while. He's a twitter 'celeb'. Basically, one tweet of his every couple of months will get retweeted onto your timeline and it'll be funny. Then you'll follow him and realise he's not funny at all. So basically, don't bother following him and let other people find the odd funny tweet for you.
