I'd forgotten about Roth and when I heard the news he'd died I was kind of surprised he didn't die sooner. That's probably more about some of the books of his I read. Everyman, I think it was, was all about how he'd be dead soon.

I went on a bit of a roll reading his books til I got to the Human Stain. That sucked.

Anyway. RIP
