Ive noticed burrito bar ('el gringo') replacing subway in a centra/spar shop.. have we hit peak burrito?

does this presage economic chaos ahead, like when we hit peak bagel in 06/07?

has anyone called david mcwilliams?

Pulled pork seems to have plateaued. Any idea what the next trend will be? I want to get in early and be all "Oh yeah, there's a new chicken pâté place on Baggot St. that you HAVE to try!"

Also, I dunno how burritos are faring outside of our major urban areas, but the one burrito place in Dundalk shut up shop last year a few weeks before we moved up. It's just been replaced by a Japanese restaurant that seems to be doing brisk business, though.

I missed the burrito craze

I did however sample a spicy bag, which was shite.

A ramen craze could be good I guess you already have some wok noodle places but ramen is perhaps better.
