Myself and the missus are heading in the first week of September. Anyone got any reccomendations? Does anybody know of any gigs on there from 3rd to the 10th?

I was there this day last week. They are freaky. People making all sorts of shapes and designs out of skulls and bones. All a bit mad.

But yeah, very cool.

But you gotta like stairs cos theres a lot of them

I was there last week too. I tried to be nice by picking up part of a skull off the floor so it wouldn't get walked on and it crumbled in my hand. The smell of damp, spongey bone is not pleasant.

no, its not.

isn't it mad how some people thought it would be a deadly idea to graffiti some of the skulls. Like, thats someones head and they wrote their name in biro on it.

Personally I couldn't touch any of it. Too freaky.

Also, its a bit mad that in some cases you could see where the insides of the skull never rotted away fully. And to think the reason for creating that place was to stop the spread of disease.

And, when I left the place I hadn't a clue where I was. The exit is about a mile from the entrance.

Its still deadly though
