No, Jon Mueller did an album as a soundtrack to William Hope Hodgson’s The House on the Borderland - released by Swan River Press here in this very Dublin.

And Current 93 have done at least two albums as soundtracks to books (Stenbock’s Faust and Thomas Ligotti’s In a Foreign Town, In a Foreign Land). Earth’s album Hex is heavily inspired by Blood Meridian, could be viewed as a soundtrack if you squint.
