MySpace Bulletin Codes (1 Viewer)

[error type 11]

This may seem completely dumb but I can never remember the codes for embedding images and url links for myspace bulletins (no harm says some)
Is there anywhere to get these codes easily because when I look I seem to get myspace layout generators and bells and whistles to make yer page look like a car crash
