this sunday the tribune (property section), is doing an article on cooperative living and is featuring our house.
 
A bunch of us were going to do that in the late 90s. I remember looking at deadly gaffs in Town for €100 - 140K and thinking they were way out of our league or "how would be convert this into two flats?". Jesus - such pillocks. How much is a gaff on the NCR now? 7 billion or something??

Made a similar mistake myself. 130k! Mortgage! City Centre! Lodger! Nah... too much hassle...
