Should be a major pleasure, weezer playing Dublin next year. But they're part of a bigger bill that I have NO interest in. So relegated to minor pleasure.

Weezer will never, ever be as good live as they are in my head so I've never seen them.

also i listen to every new album by them once and then return to just listening to Blue, Pink and Mala.

Controversial opinion.

Prime Green Day >>>>>>>>>>> prime Weezer.

As for anything else by them both, well,no one wins.

Add a big venue and the expected audience and it becomes a punishment.

Add Fallout boy,and it becomes the hell for people that hell is too good for.

What's prime Green Day to your mind?

I'm happy to listen to each and every Green Day song from 1,000 Hours or whatever was their first release up to and including Nimrod, after that god I dunno.

I’ve seen Weezer (Vicar St) and Green Day (The Point) before, I think Green Day put on a better show but Weezer would be the only one I’d listen to at home. Both are well past their prime anyway.
