Last night, for the first time in I think 40 days, I changed out of my work clothes and put on my civvies. I've been out in those six weeks, but always snatching a couple of hours here and there.

Today I had to change from my civvies back into my work clothes and I forgot to grab my phone. The change of routine was too much for my mind, bad adulting on my part. And not having a phone made work very difficult. I felt like quite the dickhead.

And even last night, where I could for once go out with herself and enjoy it, I was just a zombie. She bought a pizza and made a lovely salad, then I slept badly and annoyed us both.
