My problematic neighbour, The Gollem, is back. YELLING until 4am. Got 2 hours sleep on the couch because it wasn't as noisy in there. Have to do a presentation today too.

Write it all down each time it happens and then leave your finished novel of their life on their doorstep the day you move out.
Ugh, neighbours are the worst.A bit of both. Its an ongoing saga. He visits his girlfriend upstairs, and seems to have some addiction issues. Regularly comes into the courtyard screaming to be let in and banging doors, windows. I called the cops when it first happened because I was worried that it was a domestic violence situation because he's so aggressive. Once I was home sick with a migraine, and he was at it at 12pm in the afternoon, but he was clearly off his face that time, because he was whispering in a scary voice going hello helooooo heloooooooo annnemarie.
