Car wouldn't start so cycled in to work for the first time in months. I'm so unfit I was sweating like a pig and shaking. I was looking forward to a nice hot shower but they've thrown out my towel. I feel manky and suspect I don't smell the greatest.

I went to one of them 1916 gigs in London recently and Martin Hayes / Dennis Cahill played a short set at the end. I could barely hear them with the gobshites clapping and stomping along.
