I've gotten to the point where I know how to time suggesting something multiple times before someone else 'suggests' it in time for it needing to happen. Used to drive me ape, probably downgrade to mild chimp now.

The small leak in the conservatory that the roofers were fixing has now turned into taking off the roof tiles, and replacing the wooden struts and the felt. And is now double the price
