I probably should clarify, this was a screen grab quote, text only, no video of a few lines from the character getting 100s of retweets, not the actor in action.

Saw that this morning alright. Strange. I think you could safely say the '99 list would be very different if they reappraise it next year (no Nas, Dre, BIG, Missy, Lil Wayne):
