Did Danny ings do both of his?

yeah you're right. one knee in 2015 and the other 13 months later.

since the start of last season he's scored the most PL goals.
delighted for him.
how good would he be if....
Speaking of sports - i was reading this bio today

actually a cousin of my in-law plays for Donegal and was in the All Ireland winning team.

Shearer also did both but he's not current obviously.

Callum Wilson has also had 2 ACL injuries but I don't remember if that was each knee or the same one twice.

Brian Clough had an ACL injury in 1962 and only played a few matches afterwards.
he scored 250 odd goals in 270-280 match quickest ever to hit the mark.
it must have near career death sentence back then.

Niihat Kahveci had two ACL injuries while playing in La Liga.
the first time he fully recovered.
the second time 2006 - he seemed OK and came back and scored regularly for a year
and was good in following Euro 2008 but after that he rarely played well again.

it was never very exciting.

I saw Brighton and Ireland footballer Rianna Jarrett on TV today.
She's 26 (b. 1994).

between April 2013 and March 2016 she suffered THREE Anterior Cruciate Ligament injuries.
@jonah used to live in Brighton.

Thats not really a complaint though. Well, her coming back is a complaint

GO BACK TO BRIGHTON @jonah

Imagine building your local economy around an animal and then being surprised when they eventually die?

Though I find the reports of "Locals worried that Fungie may not return" funny in a weird way, that phrasing makes it sound like he's gone to his space palace and has left earth for good, as opposed to being dead. "Fungie's gone to the farm, he's happy there. No further questions."
