i've used cyberduck and fetch in the past, but this weather i'm all about the FireFTP plugin for firefox. very intuitive and very stable.

cyberduck and fetch are both cool. think you only get a trial of fetch though. cyberduck is totally free.

My old lady got an iMac from Santa, so I get to sneak around in the middle of the night learning Logic.

beware that installing logic can eat hardrive space..although i think youll manage without the 40 odd gigs of loops and instruments..

For a dedicated FTP client, Transmit is ace. But if you're not going to be using it much, FireFTP is perfectly good too.
