...to redress the gender balance of my increasingly-blokey band. Our guitarist is moving to Mexico, which is a good excuse. We play kinda lo-fi slightly gothy pop, and we have 5.2 songs.

Maybe I need to clarify. I've spent the last decade or so playing in bands comprised of women and non-binary people, and I'm finding that I'm missing that energy playing with a band with just cis men. Nothing against blokey-blokes, I'm happy with the ones in the band, I just feel like I need someone who doesn't fit into that category in the band as well. Sorry if that doesn't make sense.
