ha I've had a year of building, swaping, and buying guitars, amps, and other musical instruments - funded to no small extent by the lack of day-to-day buying of crap
It's almost as if loads of the houses in Ireland are bought by some kind of entity that isn't even a person and this results in people like you not being able to afford to buy a house
 
a friend of mine has just bought a new house near us, and plans on converting the garage at the end of the garden into a studio. was it a similar affair for you?

Nah I built a shed in the garden. well its a bit more than a shed
 
I kept seeing someone that normally wouldnt have gone past 2 date. He’s absolutely lovely and probably going to move in with him at the end of the summer, when my Aunt is ok to live in her own again.
