I do not like the cone of shame.

I hope people don't mind me posting this given that I'm fairly new in these parts.

I have a radio show/podcast yoke that resides here: http://www.likeheartsswelling.com

itunes link

It's something of an unholy mess of music, comedy clips, mixes, sketch-type things and general audio larking.

The last few shows:

Oh dear, you're right. What was I thinking? iTunes automatically orders them in descending order, so it never occurred to me that I had the feed the other way around. Gah, the first few I did aren't particularly good.
Thanks for mentioning it, goodness knows how long it could have been til I noticed that. Fixing now.

On the off-chance anyone is interested, May's edition of this is up. Includes a low-concept mix of Spinal Tap dialogue with the music from Requiem for a Dream and some excessive use of silly jingles.

Thanks a lot s. Glad you are enjoying it.

Show 15- ...And Someone Running Up to Bowl [Download]

Includes a Philip Larkin/Dirty Three mix type thing, an abortive new Yakety Sax-based feature, an embarrassing Fernando Torres-based confession and the exclusive account of MY MBV EAR DAMAGE HELL.

Hmmn. It has its moments but Bono's vocals shit all over it I think.

Anyway, this soldiers on after something of a hiatus. To toot my own horn briefly, it was nominated in the 'best comedy'* category for the people's choice podcast awards last month, which was nice.

Karen Dalton- Something on Your Mind [In My Own Time]
